Passed by this place recently...There are few stores open but the former anchor store, Albertsons sits vacant. I would like to see this property redeveloped into mostly residential above retail.

Western portion of the property has high concrete walls which they should be an underground parking garage for residents while 4 to 6 story residential building sits above it.

What do you think this property should be redeveloped into? I'd like to hear from you...please post your comments below.

Lakeside Center

I sometimes wonder what Lakeside Center should look like. My suggestion if they ever redevelop the site...I would keep Lakeside Amusement Park with lots of improvements. I'd like to see them redevelop old shopping mall into mixed-use buildings along 44th Avenue while the site of old racetrack on eastern side (northwest of Sheridan & 44th) should be built as a event center (like Broomfield Event Center). I'd like to see open space park around Lake Rhonda.

What do you think northwest corner of Lakeside should be built? (site of high rise Chase Bank building)
